What we do

Steward Brand is a multi-tenant content-automation platform. It connects to your Facebook Pages, Instagram Business / Creator accounts, LinkedIn personal profile, LinkedIn Company Pages, TikTok account, and YouTube channel via official OAuth flows, then plans, drafts, schedules, and publishes content across them on a controlled cadence. AI agents draft suggestions; you (or an autonomy level you configure) review and approve before anything is published.

Who runs it

Steward Brand is operated as a sole proprietorship by Mário Filipe Vicente de Mineiro, based in Portugal. Mário Filipe Vicente de Mineiro is the data controller for the personal data described in our Privacy Policy and the legal counterparty under our Terms of Service.

How we use the platform APIs

We only use the publishing and read endpoints of each connected platform's official developer API, with the minimum scopes required for the features users have explicitly enabled. Concretely:

  • Facebook Graph API — to publish to Pages the user manages and to read engagement metrics on those Pages
  • Instagram Graph API — to publish to Instagram Business / Creator accounts linked to a Facebook Page
  • LinkedIn Marketing Developer Platform — to share to a member's profile (with their consent) and, where granted, to administered Company Pages
  • TikTok Content Posting API — to upload and publish videos to the authorising user's account
  • YouTube Data API v3 — to upload videos to the authorising user's channel and read public engagement metrics

We do not scrape, ingest non-public data, or use API access to discover or contact users who have not connected their accounts to Steward Brand.

Architecture, briefly

Hosted on Vercel (web app) and Railway (background workers). Data lives in a managed PostgreSQL database on Neon (EU region). OAuth tokens and AI provider keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. AI generation routes through Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or Replicate based on the credential the user provides; we never train third-party models on your data.
